These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of sertix.co.uk and the services provided by Sertix ("Sertix", “we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website or booking services, you agree to these Terms.

Sertix provides a platform to arrange property certification services, including Gas Safety Certificates (CP12), EICRs, EPCs, PAT testing, and Fire Risk Assessments. Sertix coordinates certified third-party professionals to carry out inspections and deliver certificates.

When you make a booking, you agree to provide accurate property and contact information. Sertix will arrange inspections with appropriate certified professionals and confirm scheduling with you. Appointment availability may vary depending on location and demand.

All prices are stated in GBP and may vary depending on property size, location, and services required. Payment terms will be confirmed at booking. Sertix reserves the right to update pricing at any time prior to confirmation of a booking.

The Sertix Compliance Pack is a five-year subscription covering scheduled certification services for a single property. Sertix will coordinate required inspections and renewals during this period. The SCP applies per property and is non-transferable unless agreed otherwise in writing.

You may cancel or reschedule an appointment with reasonable notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee. Sertix will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.

All inspections are carried out by independent certified professionals. While Sertix vets and coordinates these providers, we are not responsible for their individual acts, omissions, or the outcome of their work beyond reasonable coordination.

Sertix’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of rental income, delays, or regulatory penalties arising from circumstances outside our control.

You agree to provide access to the property at the scheduled time and ensure utilities are available where required. Failure to provide access may result in additional charges or delays in certification.

Sertix reserves the right to suspend or terminate services where these Terms are breached or where misuse of the platform is identified. Customers may cease using services at any time, subject to any agreed contractual commitments.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
